If you submit the property enquiry form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address and postcode, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and your availability. This is sent to our internal Google Sheet, accessible only to Volo Stays staff, and is used solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a property valuation and management proposal.
We do not use this information for marketing purposes unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except where necessary to provide the service you've requested or where required by law.
We also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, Inc., which operates Facebook and Instagram) to understand site traffic and measure the performance of our advertising. When you visit this site, the Meta Pixel automatically collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you view, and shares this with Meta.
How we use this data
